Well folks I got to tell you I may be good at writing and teaching and everything else but hey this web design stuff is stretching my brain inside out – that’s for sure.
You know as I said before, I didn’t know anything about computers 10 years ago when I started uing them, and heaven knows I have turned myself inside out teaching myself what I know, but did you ever stop to think about the fact there is a lot you don’t know, that could be exactly what you need to know to get the job or the opportunities you really want? So where do you start? Do you go to university and get that degree? Is that going to bring you what you want? Or do you become the ever evolving student of the universe like me?
Personal evolution – something not many people think about, except if it’s related to making money. How have you evolved as a person, how much have you changed in the last 10 years? Have you changed at all? Have you overcome fears, visited far away places, talked to hundreds of people you have never met before, written that book, sat on the beach watching the sun rise with a friend, seen the beauty of a new born babies smile, and somehow managed to find a way to show the world just a tiny glimpse of your uniqueness?
Or have you been so busy that you haven’t had time to take nourishment from all the wonders life has to offer?
Well unfortunately for a lot of people lives are like that second option. A lot of people think well I will go to university and get a degree and then life will be good and in some cases it is. But in my field of work it just doesn’t work like that. Because I have so many natural talents sometimes life becomes a minefield of distractions, I can happily paint for hours, write and re-write that book until the cows come home, dream up new projects and never ever get to the point where I make any money from any of them! Know what I mean? So I am the eternal seeker of experiences that create and bring beauty to my life, however the thing that’s different about me is I have chosen to face all those little obstacles and take things one step at a time to build skills while soaking up every single wonderful second this life has to give me.
When you set out to get a life sometimes in order to create that life you have no option but to do things differently – after all we are all unique, no two of us are the same are we? So how can I give you a plan for my life and career and tell you it’s going to work? How can it work for you, after all you had different parents, different circumstances, and different influences? You know I could never figure out how someone could say “if you do this then you will get that.” After all isn’t life a journey of variables? Surely if you make this choice, it will bring in x influences and experiences, and if you make that choice it will bring in y influences and experience. Hence we live in a multidimensional reality; our choices govern the outcomes that we experience as life.
So how can we make wise choices? What governs the parameters making our decision A WISE CHOICE? How can we find our way along the Yellow Brick Road, and create a life that is unique, in its experiences, creating opportunities that enhance our individuality? Well first you have to begin with the basics, and you have to be prepared to feel the challenges stretch your brain until it feels like it will burst, and then feel the joy of excitement, when you yell – “I did it!”
In life you must be prepared to keep asking questions about what you don’t know that you need to know, and you must be prepared to change directions, keep on growing, and keep adding to what skills and passions you already have. The main thing is to never ever give up! To settle for the status quo is to die a slow miserable death every second of your life - and how sad is that!

Guiding Light ~ for centuries angels and saints have been portrayed as beings surrounded by a halo of golden light. Why has man depicted the Holy Spirit and goodness in this way? It has long been an association of light with love and the presence of God, and goodness. The Halo or Guiding Light surrounding the heads of individuals has always been perceived as a sign of purity and Godlike qualities, a mark of evolution in mortal men and women. While negative energy is portrayed as darkness, cold or as in the case of the illusionary hell, fire, heat and eternal suffering.
When one begins to develop a consciousness of spiritual practice, a part of the preparation ritual is and has always been to surround ones self with light. Why do we do this? It is mainly to state ones intention of Goodness or Godliness
How do you do this? If you can imagine a circle of light like an egg shape surrounding the body, it is said to confirm your intention towards goodness and not only that protect the body from negative influences.
What will you experience? In the many years I have meditated (the word meditate is to think upon – to sit and think deeply and reflect upon something) in times of meditation I have often been surrounded by such a luminous light that it defies description that will do it justice. What I have personally experience is like the ascension of such pure energy to compare it in a physical sense is like being the focus or engulfed by a huge spot light of brilliant warm comforting energy. Not all people experience this; some have the feeling of the presence of light rather than the experience of visually being a witness to its presence. It does not matter how you experience the love of light, the important thing is that your intention is to become one with the light.
Why do we imagine or focus on surrounding ourselves with light? Focusing on the Light of God lifts and restores a resonance with higher plain energies, or entities such as Jesus Christ, Buddha, Allah etc. As we think so we become. While negative energies only exist at a lower vibration frequency, the bottom level of the scale, associated with cold and heaviness. So by reaffirming your Godliness with light as a symbol, your physical vibration frequency lifts allowing you to access in consciousness the teaching of the masters of humanity. So with most developmental practice using Light as our protection is the first step in letting go of
So what is Spirituality and why do we practice it? Spirituality is for the most part living a life that is according to the will of right action, it is a process where by the individual becomes aware of how every action has a reaction in the sea of life, and that for all actions there are repercussions, good and bad dependant upon the will of the individual.
To sin is defined as when a person is being aware of the right thing to do and then ignoring that knowing and doing the action any way. It’s like telling a lie, when you know it’s wrong to lie that is a sin. Or, to the extreme to take another person’s life in anger or intent is a mortal sin. As the individual grows in consciousness it is a journey of self discovery, as they learn to truly listen to their conscience and respect the life force and rights of all people. |

I will make this as simple as I can in brief here; Imagine for a moment – that - what you think – is substance that creates your world. I can hear many of you saying, “Well no wonder my life is like living in hell!” Now – this may sound a bit off the wall, but I want you to consider just for a moment that what I am about to tell you could be an absolute truth in the universe.
Your thinking creates your life! Yes, its true each though you have is a tangible emotional energy substance. To make it simple here, “Can you feel it when someone is angry with you?” “Can you feel it when someone likes you?” that is a simple example of emotional energy transference. Each thought we have projects energy into your world, creating experiences of luck or bad luck empowering or disempowering without discretion! If you think about how you think, are you surprised that life is like it is? How many times do you think, “Oh I can do that!” then in the next breath think of 100 reasons why you cant do that! We all do it, until we begin to realize that all this sort of thinking does, is cause CHAOS, in more ways than one. Our head get in a spin, but more than that not only do our heads get confused our creative process gets even more confused, and we end up with a jumble of experiences, good and bad all tripping over each other.
Now the ‘WITHOUT DISCRETION” part of that last sentence is very important to remember. Energy is energy, it doesn’t know good or bad it just is, energy does not have a conscience of its own, is simply follows where we direct/project it. We have the conscience! So it’s up to us what we do with our creative power. It’s up to us to think right thoughts and to do right actions that align with values and principles. Now some people wont like me talking this way as it may contradict their beliefs and be a bit scary, but keep reading and I will make it more simple. Lets consider that when your head is full of conflicting thoughts it could be compared to a 6 week old puppy, cute, lovable, energetic, jumping all over the place because it hasn’t been trained. Yes that’s right, chewed up shoes, puppy doo-doo and lots of mess, even jumping up and accidentally scratching you on the arm, you might get a pat or two but mostly people are going to yell at you when they realize your not as cute as you look!
During the course of my life I have always wanted to live life a peaceful life, and for many years this sure did allude me. It only stands to reason that you can’t get peace if your mind is going in every direction at once and thinking a whole lot of irrelevant thoughts, rehashing the past and worrying about things that never happen! In other words a whole lot of rubbish and a little bit of clarity! During my life time I surely did have chaos, and yet finally in the last few years I most certainly have found a wonderful solid deep inner peace, and yes I even more I have found the secrets of manifesting what you want into your life!
For most of my life I have been aware of the simple fact that, firstly 99% of the population has minds that are constantly in CHAOS! Most people have 8 to 1 negative to positive thoughts. This implies that in general people are not the slightest bit aware they are constantly creating problems and restrictions that they then have to work out how to overcome! Early in my life I read tons of books on positive thinking, I read about motivation, about visualization I read anything and everything on personal development to try to work out why life just didn't work for me. No matter how much I read, there still seemed to be something missing, there was one simple truth that people weren’t realizing, getting life to work had to be something so simple that most people overlooked it, and do you know what? I was right! Getting life to work is simple so simple that it makes me smile when I think about it. You see what I wrote earlier is it, what you think about you draw to you and you create/empower it into your life. You actually disempower your own life by focusing or thinking about what is wrong, or what they don’t have, or what they don’t like!
Do you know that some people think by making a list of what you don’t want; it will help you get what you do want! But actually what it does is by making a list of what you don’t want you attract that very thing into your life. Why is it attracted to you? Because you put your attention and energy upon it, that’s why.
So in the first pages I have given you an overview to think on. In order for your life to go from CHAOS TO CLARITY, first you have to begin to get clear in your own mind who you are or want to be and what you want in your life. Then you simply have to begin thinking it. It’s important at this point for me to reassure you that this process is not as daunting as it looks. It’s actually very simple! You have to know what you want! If you can imagine it you can achieve it! following article. LAWS OF ATTRACTION.

FROM CHAOS TO CLARITY! A self-help article. (2 PAGES)
This is the first of #3# short articles and I want to warn the reader it will challenge the way you think about life and provoke you to look inside of yourself – only keep reading if you’re ready to change your life forever – for the better!
My first question for you is, are you living a life that you want? What do you spend your day thinking about? “How busy is your mind?” Now I want you to be honest here, with yourself of course. “Do you have arguments with yourself?” You know conversations where your mind goes back and forth, back and forth arguing the pro’s and con’s of a problem. Will I do this or no I can’t do that because of this! Oh I want to do this but I don’t have **** How many times do you tell stories about your day, as negatives? Stories just like this little one “Oh yea my day was crap, the boss is a real b……. and do you know what he had the gall to do to J…….He sacked him, can you believe that! And I know what I think he’s going to sack me next. Don’t know what I am going to do with a mortgage to pay, and no savings, I just don’t know. I am too old to get a good job, and ……………………………..” The power of disempowering thinking, do you know it takes just as much energy to think of good happy things as it does to think of miserable things? Well it’s true!
Now its time for you to decide, how do you want your life to be?
Are you happy with how your life is manifesting? Do you have a happy fulfilling life or an unhappy life?
I have so many people write to me with problems, and I help put back the perspective on the situation, I help them find their constructive options and to believe in themselves again. Do you know the one thing more than anything in people’s letters? I see is the lack of clarity, the hurt, and doubt, a cry for hope and help and often enormous confusion. When your life gets to this space you have a choice of two ways to go, one is to begin the climb up refusing to accept their current reality as permanent, refusing to accept that this is as good as it gets, yelling all the way - NO I AM BETTER THAN THAT – I AM WORTH MORE THAN THAT – I BELIEVE IN MYSELF! – I CAN DO IT! – Just watch me! The second choice is, to stay where you are, in hell, miserable, crying in the corner feeling sorry for yourself and hoping someone will come along and rescue you! To you I say “Good luck!”
For those who take the first choice I write sharing my knowledge, for those who take the second choice I write to inspire, and to provoke a memory that life can be different! But first things first, do you realize that a busy chaotic mind is the one reason we don’t achieve success?
I want you to think about this, it’s something I have talked about in other articles, but it is the most powerful piece of knowledge I can give you – what you think is drawn into your life! Your thoughts create your reality! So it’s time to get FOCUSED and believe in yourself and those around you again. For those of you who have not read, STARTING OVER, now would be a good time to do so, as it has heaps of tips about what you need to physically change and how to break old negative patterns of behavior. And I have two more articles online which tie into this article - Read part .2. Chaos to Clarity

Each of us lives our life within what I call 'Our circle of Inflence," for some people that means they never go any further than two blocks from where they live, for others their daily life involves trecking across the country, meeting new people every day. We all however strive to life in small selective secure environments, the size of our individual Circle of Inflence is dependent upon our inner values, our beliefs and our experiences, but most of all it depends upon our perception of ourselves and our capabilities.
Our boundaries are the invisible lines, which produce a sense of inner security. Whenever we are challenged to extend our selves over these invisible lines we naturally interpret the experience as a feeling of discomfort that most people would relate as the feeling of aprehension or fear.
Remember the first time you rode a push bike, or got on a buss by you, or went for a job interview. Humans have a natural tendency to be afraid of the unknown. A good example of this is to get on an airplane for the first time, for many these is a terrifying experience. So why do we give ourselves such a hard time over feeling this way? If fear is a natural state when experiencing something new or unknown, why do we think it a quality to be ashamed of? Why can't we normalise it and interpret the discomfort that comes with change in a positive way? I feel the first step in this is through understanding that every single human being experiences this feeling that if your life is changing, then what you are feeling is very "NORMAL"
Stretching our boundaries reminds us that there are millions of experiences out there of which we have no practical experiential knowledge. Vulnerability comes to the fore, of our lack of confidence in an unknown situation often ultimately leaves us shaking and quaking in fear of being thrust into the unknown and our minds throwing in every negative self diminishing thought it can find.
However it’s stepping into the unknown which challenges us to think positive, while expanding our experience of our world in turn provoking us to live our lives to the fullest. Everything we do requires we face some form of apprehension or resistance to the growth that is natural. For some people it’s more than for other people, for example one person may be absolutely terrified of riding a horse, and not even want to try, while another person may be afraid but desperately want to have a go. We are all individuals in what we experience.
There is a great book that has been out for years called, “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” If you have big issues with boundaries and trying new things I suggest you read this book. It will definitely help. Stretching our boundaries isn’t always easy, the main reason is we only know what we know, and humans are creatures of habits. To change life circumstances, to step outside of our comfort square is somewhat unnerving for most people. Generally life has to “toss” us into the deep end in order to expand our perception and develop our skills in life. Its amazing how many people say they just want a quiet life, and there is nothing wrong with that, the thing to remember however is, that if we are not learning, if we are not developing new skills, if we are not living life, we can become bored and in a sense separated from the very essence of spiritual energy, which is experienced through the feelings of “joy – excitement – love – happiness – and well being.”
So sometimes, life hands us a huge “toss,” in order to make us get out of complacency. For some people without the provocation of things appearing to go badly, most would never dare to explore their potential, and the vast dimensions of unexplored possibilities would never be discovered and our spirit would lay dormant, boredom taking over and complacency prevailing bringing with it the experience of ~ sadness – anger – depression – poverty and resentment. Every human being has a need to grow and expand in conscious awareness, some taking huge steps others small, the size irrelevant, the desire however lies within us all to move towards a better daily life experience. I believe that most of the experiences I have had in my life time have been in the long term positive, the hardships have provoked me to rise above the limits of education, finances and the fear of standing in my power as a woman who is committed to making a difference. How do you “Choose,” to think upon your life experience?
Are you content with your Circle of Influence and how you interrelate to other people in that Circle? Is fear of the unkown or fear of failure stopping you from exploring new territiory, new ideas, new life experiences?
